| Project Description: 1910 Dormitory vacant for over twenty years. A complete seismic retrofit, renovation and addition was completed to change the use if the structure to office/classroom. The addition of an elevator structure was necessary to comply with ADA standards as well as a complete replacement of all plumbing, HVAC, electrical and life/safety systems. |
